At what time do check-in and check-out procedures take place?
Check-in takes place from 2 pm till 6 pm. The rooms have to be free by 10 am on the day of departure.
Are the apartments accessible for people with a disability?
A single room is available to accommodate guests with special needs.
Is access to the pool free?
Yes. The pool is available to guests for free from May to October.
Do you have a restaurant? Is it included in the price?
No, it is not possible for meals to be served inside the farm.

Breakfast is included in room rates only; for the apartment it is available on request.

Yes, the price includes bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels (for the apartment).

Yes, final cleaning is already included in the price.
Do you accept animals?
Yes, but only small ones. The client must inform us of the presence of animals at the moment of booking.
Where can one park the car?
The farmhouse has a private car park available for guests within the farm.
How far are the closest shops?
The farmhouse is only 6 km away from the town of San Gimignano, where you will find any kind of shop.
Is a telephone and internet connection available in the apartments?
No.
Is crockery available in the apartments? Is there a dishwasher? And a washing machine?
The apartment is equipped with crockery, but the rooms aren’t. Dishwasher and washing-machine are not available.
How does booking take place?
At the moment of booking one is required to send a deposit of 30% of the total price by bank transfer or postal order. The right of withdrawal from booking can be made up to 30 days before arrival. Upon arrival, you should pay the rest of the payment and deposit caution money totalling 150 Euro as a guarantee against possible damages. At the end of the stay, the caution money will be returned to the client.
By which means is it possible to pay?
It is possible to pay in cash or by credit card.
Which languages are spoken by the management of the Holiday Farm?
English, French and German.
