The apartment (approx 45 sqm / 135 sq feet) accomodates 2 to 4 people. Located on the first floor ( 5 steps ),it is made up of a spacious bedroom, bathroom with shower and bidet, storeroom, a living/dining room with sofa-bed and satellite TV and beyond a small archway is a very functional kitchen.

The wooden beamed ceiling and the cotto tiles on the floor render an authentic and cosy air to the apartment. Linen is provided for both bedroom and bathroom and there is a central heating plant.

Every window in the apartment offers a splendid view of the surrounding Tuscan countryside ; there is a small balcony and access to a patio garden complete with table and chairs perfect for dining outside.
