Only the apartment (not rooms) is provided with kitchenware. Dish-washing machine and washingmachine are not supply.
After the reservation you have to pay, through bank transfer, an account of 30% of the total amount. At your arrival you'll pay the rest and give bail of ¤ 150,00 as a guarantee for damages; a the end of your stay we'll give you back the bail. You can recess before 30 days before of your arrival.
